UPDATED START TIME - 7:00AM

Ok...we did it today, and I'd like to do it again on Friday...same time, same place. Moderate pace 1 hour plus ride around Lake Calavera/Mtn. area. Might do a short 2 mile run around the lake afterward if anyone is down for it. The run will be an EASY pace as my run fitness is actually less than my bike fitness - go figure. The tough part is just getting the legs running after pedaling for an hour or more.

Anyway, bring water, a gel or two and your helmet. And if you'd like some running shoes. I don't work until the evening, so I won't be in a rush - though I realize some of you will need to scurry to work and family obligations.

Hope to see some of you that morning! It was nice and cool this morning.

I'll get my kids ready then jet out the door. I should be there at 0700. I probably won't be doing the run portion as I STILL do not have ANY trail running shoes (or road shoes for that matter). If you want to start rolling thats fine and I'll just find you out on the trail. When I get on the trail I'll use my bat phone to call for your location.

Had a good ride although I was bringing up the rear the entire time...gotta' get back in shape! Had some good climbs, decents and single track. Went for a quick 1.5 to 2 mile run around the lake afterward to work the legs a bit.
    •  Thanks for the ride this morning, I had fun. I will get me some trail running shoes and run with you all next time. well maybe not "next" time, I better train the running legs first before so I don't get completely demoralized.
